Your art is turned into a finely detailed embroidery program stored in an electronic file. Quality isn't automatic. It's planned. We practice the art of digitizing for an efficient, quality production run so your embroidery is first-class, no puckering or distortion, no matter how many details or colors.
We test.
Your digitized design is run out as a sample at our dedicated station. You see it. We see it. If there are any bugs in look or quality, we work them out right away.
We stitch.
Only components, not finished caps. So we're always sewing flat. That guarantees that your embroidery is perfect and smooth, never bent out of shape. We upgrade our equipment whenever technology improves enough to enable us to deliver better quality.
